3. Penetapan Rundown Produksi (Scheduling Produksi).
4. Proses Casting, survey lokasi, Story Board, budgeting, research Crew, Equipt list, kontrak talent / Crew, dan scheduling.
5. Checklist equipment, rundown produksi, shoot List, set blocking/Set Plan, wardrobe list, property list.
6. Pembentukan White Book Production.
7. Bedah naskah All Crew dan Talent.
8. Pengamatan dan latihan teknis di lokasi dan proses reading talent.
PRODUKSI
1. Crew Call.
2. Briefing all team produksi (Rundown Shooting / breakdown shooting).
3. Reading talent, dan Set-up Location.
4. Blocking Location.
5. Rehearsal (Latihan akhir di dalam Blocking).
6. Standby Blocking.
7. Take Picture.
8. Shooting report (Time Code, ket. Adegan, dan laporan shooting harian).
9. Last check Equiptment, standby to Load Up.
POST PRODUKSI
1. Editing Off Line
2. Editing dan Mixing.
3. Dubbing.
4. Pemilihan ilustrasi musik, efek, dan Sound Track.
5. Mixing Audio.
6. Preview 7 keys members.
7. Final Editing (Revisi).
8. Mastering.
9. Launching.
